These few countries were bringing Technology along with safety measures to the Human Society.
But it is Unfortunate even these countries could not able to find a technology about Terrorists acts ,and could not able to find a technology to meet the Natural Calamities.
for example, in recent time we people witnessed 5 Nuclear Plants with all safety measures at Japan sea shore could not be saved from Earth Quake and Tsunami. These Natural calamities swindled the Nuclear plants at Japan and created Huge Damages in all spheres. so we must Think about Indians and Indian States while planning these Developments is a moral responsibility to a Government.
so ,in conclusion I like to say that Russians are not that much strong in Technology than Japan and Germany. while Both these countries were started dismantling Nuclear plants or going out of Nuclear energy on treating the current world Rulers Temperament is also a Prime reason.
So, India, a small nation with a small state called Tamil Nadu with Innocent people must not believe the words of Russian Scientists about safety measures.
In fact Russia is country with Vast Land part in this world is well Known to all. In such a case why Russia try to Develop Nuclear Plants at the cost of 30,000 Crore investment in Other Countries ,like India?. what is the real Investment and what is the Understanding in sharing the energy is not Given knowledge to People of India.why?.
