what is the permanent solution to Fisherman problem in their job in sea in TamilNadu in India?
In my view and Opinion the following means are the permanent solutions.\
1.
Katcha Thivu must be reverted to India. Union Government of India must emphasize this through International Authorities for Sea Water areas , United Nations Organization. This is a need and Mandatory Today.
2. Or
Katcha Thivu can be announced as a Free Water Zone for the Countries. By that India Must station a Naval coast Guard permanently at Katcha Thivu and a Army wing can also be attached with this arrangement.
why this is a need? why because Sri Lankan Government plan to allow China and Russia to establish their Army Base at Katcha Thivu and Sri Lanka with the help of China , plan to use this Island for their Nuclear Tests is being already published to information to Nations. so immediate attention is required by Union Government of India .
Fisher Man Lives must be saved from dangers from Sri Lankan army,Naval coast Guard executions.
